Kenmore Development Real Estate LLC (“we” or “us” or “our”) operates the website kendevrealty.com, including the property search at search.kendevrealty.com and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on the Site, who sets them, and how you can control them.
In short: we set no advertising cookies, run no marketing or remarketing tags, and our traffic measurement is anonymous and never identifies you. Our own pages set only one cookie, and only if you dismiss the privacy notice at the bottom of the screen. The property search is provided by a third party, IDX Broker, which does set cookies in order to run your searches — those are described below.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Cookie Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Cookie Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.
You are encouraged to periodically review this Cookie Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Cookie Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Cookie Policy is posted.
WHAT A COOKIE IS
A “cookie” is a small piece of information a website asks your browser to store on your device and send back on later visits. Cookies can be used to remember a preference or keep a session going, and they can also be used to build a record of your activity. Different cookies do very different things, so the sections below name each one used on the Site and say what it is for.
COOKIES WE SET
Browsing kendevrealty.com sets no cookies at all unless you interact with the privacy notice.
kdreCookieConsent – set only when you click “Dismiss” on the privacy notice, so that the notice does not reappear on every page. Expires after 365 days.
kdreConsentId – a random identifier stored alongside the above so that we can keep a record that the notice was shown and acknowledged. It is not linked to your name, email address, or any other information about you, and it is not used to track your browsing. Expires after 400 days.
Both are first-party cookies, set for kendevrealty.com and its subdomains so that dismissing the notice once covers the whole Site. We keep the acknowledgement record for up to 36 months and then delete it automatically. No IP address is stored with it.
COOKIES SET BY THE PROPERTY SEARCH (IDX BROKER)
Our property listings and map search are powered by IDX Broker, which serves those pages at search.kendevrealty.com. IDX Broker sets its own cookies on those pages. They are necessary for the search to function — without them, searches, filters, and map positions cannot be carried from one page to the next — and they also allow IDX Broker to record how the search is used. We do not control these cookies and we cannot switch them off from our website.
The cookies IDX Broker sets include:
- IDX-sessionID – keeps your search session going from page to page.
- IDX-mapPosition – remembers where you had the map positioned and zoomed.
- IDX-currentPage, IDX-lastViewedPage, IDX-currentSearchPage, IDX-lastSearchPage – remember which listing and search pages you were on, so navigation and “back” behave sensibly.
- IDX-pageID_timesViewed, IDX-pagePath_timesViewed, IDX-searchPageViewCount – count how many times pages and searches have been viewed.
- IDX-potentialUserData – used by IDX Broker in connection with property enquiries and lead capture.

ANALYTICS
We use one analytics tool, Fathom Analytics, to understand how many people visit the Site and which pages they read. Fathom sets no cookies, assigns no cross-site identifier, and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. It reports totals, not individuals. We do not use Google Analytics. ADVERTISING
We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on the Site. We do not run ad-network tags or social media tracking pixels, we do not use web beacons or pixel tags to track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share personal information with advertisers.
OTHER THIRD PARTIES
Typefaces – the fonts used on our pages are served from our own website rather than from Google’s font service, so browsing kendevrealty.com sends nothing to Google. The only Google service involved anywhere on the Site is the reCAPTCHA anti-spam check on the enquiry forms hosted by IDX Broker, described above.
Where a page links to an outside website, that website’s own cookie practices apply once you follow the link. This Cookie Policy covers only the Site.
CONTROL OF COOKIES
Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies in your browser’s settings, and you can delete any cookie already stored. Please be aware that blocking cookies for search.kendevrealty.com will stop the property search from working correctly, as those cookies are what carry your search from one page to the next.
